like father like son..

it's not dat i dun like travelling with my dad, it's juz dat i never wanted to go to KL for THIS TIME only. it was regarding my studies, specifically a trip to survey a few colleges to further my degree.

i know i nagged and even been bitchin' bout it on da phone to some of my buds, but i guess they were right.. i juz needed a perfect time to let all of the fuss smack outta my head. we went to KL on tues morning, reaching Prescott Inn in da evening without getting caught in da jam (pheww!!) checked-in, washed up, head out to sogo.. did some window shoppin, didnt get anythin since nuthin caught our attention (hmm i like dat new nicole blue sweater, mayb nxt time yaah!). only bought 2 pairs of shirts at Reject Shop and A LOT OF FOOD to eat in da room :-
1. 3 bihun gorengs
2. 3 nasi lemaks
3. 3 donuts
4. 3 lepat pisang
5. 10 packets of otak2
6. 1 huge mineral water bottle

dat night we juz watched some murder+suspect+law+court typical movie on cinemax, ended in da frustrated 'hang' motion (where it leaves us wondered wtf happened). slept at 12.30 midnight.

nxt morning, dad got his seminar at his workshop from 9am-4.30pm, so i went college-hunting with his fren, mr rahman (an external law student in uitm). 1st stop, KUTPM shah alam. went into da marketing department, and i was greeted very very nice by one of the admission staffs, miss nisha. she did call me at home a few days earlier, had the appointment just as planned. (damn, she's cute! agagagaa.. ) newayz, her charm.. err i mean degree outline explaination.. was full-filling indeed, and she was so damn kind enuf to trouble herself asking one of the lecturers to personally talk to me in the consultation room (told ya wearing new shirts for interviews are chick-magnets! haha!) anyway, da lecturer was kewl by d way.. talk azzif we're like snooker buddies n shitz, siap gelak2 lg dlm consultation room tuh (sembang psal PS2 lg, bley?)

so aftr dah abih "consultation", i returned to da marketing department to get my application form and hav a last glance at da cute miss nisha (more like giving her the last glance of me) PERASAN SKEJAP, bley?

ok dah dah.. aku kuar jer, mr rahman dah tunggu. then we went to Unitar, kelana jaya.. (sangap la dey, kena jam from s'alam to kj at 12noon) i only had a 5minutes chat with da admission dude, amik borang and terus kuar sbb nak kena balik bilik hotel and check out before 2pm. on d way back, mamat dr Twintech called.. still waiting for my posted transcript n syllabus copy sbb nak check whether aku dpt transfer credit bla bla *sial la poslaju nih, dh 3 hari x smpai2 lagi?!*

1pm smpai dpn hotel, dad pun tgh break.. so mkn skali kat mamak stall dpn hotel. at 2pm, aku naik bilik kemas2 tp dad dh extend half-day.. so bapak aku continue balik ke workshopnye.. aku plak kemas beg sket, mandi, pastu lepak tgk citer cina feveret aku skang kat tv7 'Home Affairs' (every weekdays 3-4pm). best gak citer tuh, satu family tuh mcm2 masalah.. abgnye kawin no2 (jepun) tp bini no1 (cina) dh bersalin, adik lakinye plak hutang company 80k, unclenye jailed 6months sbb upah pekerja haram, adik pompuan plak kawin dgn laki yg 'fickle-minded' yg suka tukar2 bisnes x tentu hala.. dan macam2 lagi.

4.45pm, bapak aku abih keje.. kitorang terus blah dr hotel, terlepas jam lagi, huhu! tp malangnya, hujan tak henti2 dr mula kuar hotel sehinggalah kitorang sampai umah pkul 10.30mlm td. salam mommy, adik.. belasah kfc kat dapur, tgk tv jap, and then terus ke sini.

*sepanjang perjalanan pulang, aku mendengar lagu 'take ur sweet time'.. teringat kpd akak cun yg kat kutpm tuh.. dia ada kata yg dia x kisah ke mana institut yg aku pergi, tp dia akan menunggu aku di situ sekiranya aku menukar fikiran. dia juga ada berpesan supaya take my time, apa2 pun she'll be there for me on da phone. hmmm, mcm lirik lagu plak critanya.. seolah2 dia pula yg mendedicatekan lagu nih kat aku..*
